Through the work that our Special Works team has been involved in, we recognize that not every requirement is the same. Therein are the roots of our ‘Bespoke Products' service.
Conquip have the capacity to manufacture bespoke products to suite virtually any bespoke requirements for any specific task or application. Heavy investment in the latest technology has put our business at the cutting edge of general engineering and fabrication technology. Conquip are now rapidly earning a reputation for far more than our standard product range.
From initial site visit and concept solution discussions, to CAD design stage, through to fabrication, finishing and delivery, Conquip have the capacity to deliver not only lifting and handling equipment as diversities of our core range, but all manner of steel fabrication.
Our manufacturing capabilities include CAD and traditional design methods, rolling, folding, plasma and laser cutting, all types of welding. Our main fabrication workshop facility is equipped with 5ton x 24mtr beam overhead crane, shot and water jet blasting capability and our own spray shop.
Longstanding outsourced relationships enable us to offer powder coating and galvanized finishing along with all manner of other design, advice and manufacturing requirements should our clients desire a solution outside of our already broad capabilities.
We will designate a project manager to your specific need. This individual will establish strong working relationships with all involved to ensure the final product provides a usable solution for your requirements. Our project managers are you link to our busy CAD team and will be your point of contact from initial concept to completed project.
